These terms explain how to use onzko.com and what to expect when making a project, materials or consultation enquiry. The website is operated by ONZKO Limited (NZBN 9429053723680), Auckland, New Zealand.
Your statutory rights remain protected. Nothing on this page excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 and Privacy Act 2020.
1. Website scope
onzko.com provides information about ONZKO’s solutions, approach and enquiry pathways. Product specifications, current prices and online orders belong at shop.onzko.com. Read the terms, delivery and returns information provided at the Shop before ordering. These corporate website terms do not amend an existing order, accepted quotation or signed contract.
2. Information and suitability
We aim to keep information accurate and useful. General website content does not replace a site assessment, an agreed specification or advice from a suitably qualified professional. Confirm dimensions, quantities, site conditions, product suitability, availability and timing with us before relying on them for a project.
Natural materials can vary in appearance and performance. Any required grade, finish, tolerance or intended use should be confirmed in the relevant quotation or product information. This does not limit applicable product or service guarantees.
3. Enquiries, quotations and agreed work
Submitting a form, emailing us or requesting a consultation starts a conversation. It does not accept a project, reserve labour or stock, confirm a price, or create an obligation to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only.
The scope, price, GST treatment, payment terms, validity period, access requirements, programme and any exclusions will be set out in the relevant quotation or agreement. Please ask us to clarify anything unclear before accepting. Work and supply proceed according to that agreement, including its acceptance requirements. Changes to scope, cost or timing should be agreed and recorded.
Please provide accurate information and confirm that you have authority to request access or work at the property. Tell us about known site hazards and access constraints relevant to the visit or work. We will confirm what further information or assessment is needed.
4. Consultation appointments
Site consultations are planned for one hour at the customer address supplied in the booking or enquiry form, subject to confirmation. Appointment availability is Monday to Friday, 9 am–4 pm, subject to available slots. These are appointment hours, not a promise of walk-in office access. Service pricing is by quotation; a booking is not acceptance of a project quotation.
Please give at least one day’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Use the available booking controls or contact [email protected] or 021 199 1984. If short notice is unavoidable, contact us as soon as possible. This page does not introduce a cancellation fee. Any charge must be clearly agreed and lawful.
5. Responsible website use
Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, submit malicious files, impersonate someone else or provide information you are not authorised to share. Only upload material relevant to your request.
6. Content and external links
ONZKO and its licensors retain rights in website branding and content. You may use the information to consider ONZKO’s services and materials. Other reproduction or commercial use requires the relevant permission, except where allowed by law.
External services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not, by itself, establish a partnership, endorsement or guarantee. Check the relevant provider’s information before using an external service.
7. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiry, project and appointment information and how to request access or correction. We may contact you about your request. Making an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
8. Problems and complaints
If something is wrong, contact us with the relevant enquiry, quotation or order reference and explain the outcome you are seeking. We will review the issue and discuss the appropriate next step. Prompt notice helps us investigate but does not remove your statutory rights.
Product and service remedies depend on the relevant agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability or replace any mandatory consumer, building or other legal protections.
9. Changes and applicable law
These website terms are governed by New Zealand law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. We may update this page for future website use and will show the updated date. An update does not retrospectively change an accepted quotation or contract.
