Does an enquiry mean ONZKO has accepted my project?
No. It starts a human qualification review. Acceptance, scope, availability, price and timing require separate confirmation.
Can I book the entire build from a calendar?
No. A suitable consultation may be offered after qualification. A construction project is not directly bookable.
Do I need to provide the exact address?
No. A suburb or postcode is enough for the first review. Exact location and deeper private information are requested only when appropriate.
Do I need a confirmed budget?
No. Budget information is optional. “Not sure yet / Prefer to discuss” is a valid starting point, and no production budget bands are published here.
Can I upload photos or plans?
This form does not accept uploads. The team will explain how to share photos or plans securely after reviewing your enquiry.
Where does ONZKO work?
The current public service area is Auckland. Project fit, travel boundaries, capacity and any exclusions are confirmed for each enquiry.
